
CITY OF ARCADIA POLICE OFFICER
The City of Arcadia is currently seeking applications for a Full-Time Police Officer. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a work schedule of 12-hour shifts with rotating days off on a 5-2-2-5 schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS: Possess a Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board (LESB) Certification; valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a good driving record; no felony or domestic violence convictions; good verbal and written communication skills; good physical condition; ability to legally possess a firearm; ability to react quickly and effectively in stressful situations; knowledge and skill in using computer systems and programs.
If a conditional employment offer is made, an applicant must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, pre-employment physical, a psychological exam, and a background investigation.
SALARY: Starting pay is $31.95, employees with at least 3 years of law enforcement experience may start at $33.00 per hour. An additional $0.50 will be allocated if officer is recognized as bi-lingual.

ASSISTANT POOL-PARK MANAGER
The City of Arcadia, Wisconsin seeks a qualified applicant for a part-time, seasonal, Assistant Pool-Park Manager from May to August 2025. Rate of pay is $20-$22 per hour, depending on qualifications. This position will work under the direction of the Pool-Park Manager to provide supervision for part-time, seasonal staff for aquatic center lifeguards and concession workers. This position will also assist in ordering supplies for the pool, ensuring pool is staffed and well-maintained at all times. This position will also assist with park rental check-ins and general maintenance of city parks. Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to become First Aid, AED and CPR certified.
